Eddy current testing of weld seams. Longitudinally seam-welded tubes can be tested with the simple weld seam probe and accompanying holder. They can be adjusted horizontally up to 200 mm and vertically up to 270 mm and can also be swiveled up from the test position and locked.
The low space requirements facilitate integration in all welding lines as no magnetization is required.
Your advantages at a glance
Only one weld seam probe is required for all tube dimensions Low space requirements facilitate integration in all welding lines The water-cooled thermal probe facilitates test temperatures up to + 1,200 °C Magnetization is not required
