Sensor system for eddy current testing of fine wire with through-type coils

Precision testing for even the finest wires. Special through-type coils and sensor systems were developed specifically for the eddy current testing of fine wire, such as light bulb wire made from tungsten or molybdenum.

Coils with sizes that increase in small increments for material diameters from 0.1 mm to 2 mm are available for optimum test results. The special small coils with differential and absolute windings as well as nozzles and additional guide pieces are adjusted to match the application.
