Profile

Profile are metal products with intentionally shaped, non-round cross-sections—such as rectangular, square, trapezoidal, or more complex geometries. They are produced through rolling, drawing, pressing, or forming processes and serve both structural and functional purposes across automotive, construction, infrastructure, and precision engineering applications. Their defined shapes place specific demands on non-destructive testing to ensure dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and the integrity of edges and contours.

Profiled wire

Profiled wire comes with many different profiles such as flat, rectangular, trapezoid, oval, semi-round, and square profiles as well as customer-specific profile types. These wires are used for numerous applications such as zippers, chassis springs, and valve springs.

Rails

Today's quality requirements for the production of rails are extremely tough as rails are exposed to heavy loads and it is expected for them to remain operable for many years.

Profiled rods

Profiled rods made from rolled, drawn, or pressed steel are primarily used for the construction of vehicle bodies in the automotive sector, but are also used for applications such as guide rails in the manufacture of furniture and windows.

Profiled tubes

Seamless or welded profile section tubes with square, rectangular, or profiled cross-section are used for numerous applications. They are used for scaffolding as well as vehicle and window manufacture.
