High throughput for greater efficiency. Applications such as the rewinding of tubes in copper tube production or the drawing of wire require a rotating sensor system with a high throughput.
The Ro 20 F rotating head was developed especially for these applications. The powerful, multi-channel rotating head is designed for tubes, rods and wires with a material diameter of 2 - 20 mm. It enables the sensitive detection of longitudinal defects in the material surface. Defects from a depth of approx. 30 μm can be displayed in their full length and with high resolution.
